Sign out of MS Teams
Sign out of One Drive
CREDENTIALS
Delete Saved 365 Credentials from Credential Manager
Delete the OneAuth and Identity Cache folders in the below location
- %localappdata%/Microsoft/OneAuth
- %localappdata%/Microsoft/IdentityCache
UNINSTALL
Uninstall Teams
Uninstall One Drive
Uninstall Office (Using Office Uninstall Support Tool)

Run a Registry Cleaner (ex: CCleaner)
REBOOT
REGISTRY
Open The Registry Editor
Select Computer
Find "Old Tenant Name"
Edit Key Values and Replace ONLY "Old Tenant Name" with "New Tenant Name"
- DO NOT DO IT ON PATH KEYS; THIS MAY CAUSE IRREVERSIBLE SOFTWARE ISSUES
Find Next
Keep Changing All Name Keys Values Until The End.
REBOOT
INSTALL
Install Office, One Drive, and Teams and Login
