Boot into Safe Mode with Networking

COMMAND LINE

Open CMD

Run: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Webroot\WRSA.exe" -uninstall -or- "C:\Program Files\Webroot\WRSA.exe" -uninstall

*To get into Safe Mode in Windows 10, press and hold the SHIFT key on the keyboard. With that key still pressed, click the Start button, then Power, followed by Restart.
